For Long Term Rental

• We will photograph, advertise and market your property on our website & through other affiliated local, national and international sites as well as other forms of media to gain maximum exposure
• We will assist in the facilitation of viewings
• Verification of visas, passports, and ITC reference checks on local & international prospective tenants conducted by our legal team.
• We will hold  deposits according to the landlords requests and requirements.
• We will assist you with all legal documentation eg. lease agreements drawn up by our attorneys and any special needs that may arise.
• Thorough inventories and inspections will be organised.

• 10% Finders fee will be charged on the full duration of the rental period and any extention thereof.
• This amount is payable on signature of the lease agreement once the deposit and first months rental has been received.

For Holiday & Short Term Accommodation:

• We offer maximized exposure through our web site, affiliated web sites, international tour operators & affiliated agents
• We will hold up to a 50% booking fee and balance of rental 28 days prior to arrival to secure the booking
• We hold a refundable key and breakage deposit for all bookings for any loss or breakage of goods
• We will check in clients on arrival & departure
• We hold an inventory inspection prior to arrival and on departure of clients
• We will assist tenants with any special needs during their stay
